Tadeleye Return Policy

At Tadeleye, our highest priority is your satisfaction. We're committed to delivering our hand-crafted products with the utmost quality. However, due to the uniqueness of our products and for hygiene reasons, there are certain restrictions to our return policy.

  1. No Returns: Please note that we do not accept returns. All sales are considered final upon payment. Before making a purchase, we strongly encourage our customers to check the product descriptions and sizing guide carefully to ensure you choose the right product and size.

  2. Swimwear, Underwear & Latex: For reasons of hygiene and public health, we do not allow returns or exchanges of swimwear, underwear, or latex items, even in cases of size mismatch. Please ensure you consult our sizing guide accurately before making a purchase.

  3. Damages or Defects: While we strive to ensure all our products meet our high-quality standards, should you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide a detailed explanation and any supporting photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and, if appropriate, guide you through the process of making a claim for a replacement.

  4. Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. Please make sure to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

  5. Refunds: Given our no-return and no-exchange policy, we do not offer refunds unless a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
