Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Promoter

This giveaway is organised by Tade Time Limited, trading as TADELEYE ("the Promoter"), via Instagram (@tadeleyee).

By entering this giveaway, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 or over.

Entrants must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use.

This giveaway is open internationally, provided the prize can be lawfully shipped to the winner's country. Any customs duties, import taxes or local fees are the responsibility of the winner.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens when the promotional Instagram post is published and closes at 11:59 pm BST on 24 July 2026.

Entries received after this time will not be counted.

3. How to Enter

To enter:

Comment "NEED" on the giveaway Instagram carousel posted by @tadeleyee before the closing date.

Only one entry per Instagram account will be counted. Multiple comments will not increase your chances of winning.

No purchase is necessary.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive: One (1) handmade TADELEYE Star Bag.

As each bag is handmade to order, production will begin after the winner has been selected. Please allow adequate time for the bag to be made before dispatch. The Promoter will keep the winner updated throughout the process.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.

If circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries shortly after the giveaway closes.

The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from @tadeleyee.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The Promoter's decision is final.

6. Delivery

The winner will be required to provide their full name, delivery address, email address and telephone number for the purpose of fulfilling the prize.

The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

8. Changes or Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9. Privacy

Personal information provided by the winner will be used solely for administering the giveaway and delivering the prize and will not be used for any other purpose unless otherwise agreed.

10. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

By entering, participants completely release Instagram from any responsibility or liability in relation to this giveaway.
